D-sign created the presentation website for Art-er and the Emilia-Romagna Region using open-source technology for the Tecnopolo Manifattura Tabacchi, the new hub of the Emilia-Romagna Data Valley, based in Bologna, which will host the most powerful computing centers in Italy and Europe.
