The new institutional site of the Municipality of Rimini: a step forward toward more accessible digital services

I developed, through the D-Sign agency, the new institutional website for the Municipality of Rimini, as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) thanks to European funds from NextGenerationEU. The project is part of Measure 1.4.1 “Citizen experience in public services,” with the goal of simplifying and improving access to digital services by citizens, businesses, and professionals.

The site was created following the design model of Designers Italia, a national standard designed to ensure uniformity, inclusivity, and transparency in digital communication of the Public Administration. The interface is fully responsive and accessible according to AGID guidelines, to ensure equitable and intuitive use, even by people with disabilities.

The project contributes to achieving European goals for the digitalization of the Public Administration and will be subject to a process of continuous improvement, open to user feedback.
